Recording your mentoring sessions on Charity Suite plays a key part in safeguarding.  Your attendance log should include:

• What we did.
• What time we left and returned to the Mentee’s home.
• Where did we go.
• Anything you noticed.
• General conversation.
• Any gifts that were given or received.
• What we agreed to do next time.

Serious safeguarding concerns should NOT be put on Charity Suite but should be sent directly to your Mentor Manager or Designated Safeguarding Lead.
